Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 1pm will go out the following business day. It may take approximately 24-48 hours within business days to ship the order pending availability and credit verification. Queen Bee cannot guarantee the availability of products. We will make every attempt to contact the customer via e-mail or phone if the product is out of stock. Credit Cards will be charged only after we verify that the item is in stock and is ready to be shipped. Pre-orders will be charged immediately upon purchase. *Please note that once a order is placed it cannot be canceled for ANY reason.

Queen Bee Return Policy
We accept returns on FULL PRICED merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on the credit card used at purchase. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postage labels. All swimwear must be unworn, in the original packaging with tags and hygienic protection strip attached. It may take up to 10 business days to see the credit to your account. Customers may choose to receive WEB CREDIT for FULL PRICED orders; web credit does not expire. Please note that all In Store Pick-up orders will be given store/web credit ONLY for online purchases.
All products MUST be returned in their original condition unworn, unwashed with original tags accompanied by a receipt. Merchandise is inspected upon shipment. Queen Bee has the right to refuse any returned merchandise that is damaged. Any return(s) received after the 14 day return policy is/are subject to a 50% charge back. Customers will only receive 50% of their refund. All orders received after 30 days of receipt will be given 50% of amount as a WEB CREDIT. All returns should be to Heather Freer's attention.
As an extended allowance, purchases made after November 15th may be returned up until January 7th for web credit, or exchanges ONLY. If item is returned after 14 days, credit card refunds will not be given. If items are received back to Queen Bee within the 14 days, full refunds will be given if the customer wishes.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS. The price of the shipping is dependent on the total value of your order. You may select ground or 2nd day delivery. UPS does not delivery on Saturdays and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS, therefore, packages will be delayed an additional 2-3 business days for shipping.
Queen Bee requires a signature for all UPS deliveries, and cannot waive signature delivery. Please note UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package on the third attempt the package is returned to Queen Bee. If a package is returned to us for any reason, Queen Bee will make 3 attempts to contact you via email or phone. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at a fee indicated by your original order. If it is still within the 14 day return policy, you may elect to have your purchase(s) refunded. In the event that we do not receive a response from you after the third contact attempt, the item(s) will be restocked; you will not be refunded. If however, the package is returned to sender due to an error of Queen Bee. The cost of reshipment will be covered at our expense. PLEASE make sure to review all information when placing an order (shipping, billing address, cc information etc). If any information needs to be changed, contact Queen Bee immediately. If you need to change the shipping address at any point after shipment please contact Queen Bee immediately. We cannot guarantee addresses can be changed, and Queen Bee is not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses given at the time of purchase. *Shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii add extra $30 for ground shipping.
In store pick-up is available for customers in the Boston area. All orders placed before 1pm Eastern Standard time, may be picked up that same business day. All orders placed after 1pm can be picked up the following business day. If for some reason the customer cannot make it within 2 business days, they must call Queen Bee to confirm the date of pick-up. Otherwise items may be restocked.
***Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipments. For exchanges, customers will be charged a fee of $8.00 on the original credit card used at purchase unless advised otherwise. However, Queen Bee has the right to refuse a refund/credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy. We recommend that you send the package back via traceable carrier; this will provide you with the status of your package, as we do not accept the responsibility of insuring the FULL amount of the merchandise you are sending back to Queen Bee. We can only accept responsibility for the package(s) shipped from our Boston location. If in the event the package is lost in transit, we will go through a full investigation with UPS. We will send a replacement if we have the items in stock. However if the customer is found responsible for the lost package by UPS, they will be charged for the replacement as well as the original purchase.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using google checkout. To create a google checkout account, go to checkout.google.com or simply click on the google checkout icon in the shopping basket. All international order will take up to 3 days to process and is shipped via USPS.
Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
